1. Who we are
JILIPHLI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website jiliphli66.com and the JILIPHLI mobile app, serving players aged 21+ in the Philippines. For any privacy enquiry, contact privacy@jiliphli66.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — username, email, mobile number, date of birth, password (hashed).
- KYC data — government-issued ID, selfie, proof of address (only when withdrawal verification is required).
- Payment data — GCash / PayMaya / Maya reference numbers, deposit and withdrawal amounts. We never store full card numbers or e-wallet PINs.
- Gameplay data — bets, wins, bonus history, session logs.
- Device data — IP address, device model, OS, browser, approximate location (city-level).
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies (login session), analytics cookies (aggregated traffic only).
3. Why we collect it
- To operate your account, process deposits and pay out withdrawals.
- To comply with PAGCOR, AMLA (RA 9160) and BSP regulations.

6. How we protect it
All traffic is TLS 1.3 encrypted. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. KYC documents are stored in encrypted object storage with role-based access. We run quarterly penetration tests and audit our RNG and platform via independent labs (BMM Testlabs, GLI).
7. Your rights (RA 10173)
You have the right to: be informed, access, object, erasure, rectification, data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Email privacy@jiliphli66.com to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 15 working days.
8. Children
JILIPHLI is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately and we will delete the account.
9. Cookies
You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email and posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
