1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, a resident of the Philippines, of sound mind, and not on any self-exclusion register. JILIPHLI is not available to PAGCOR employees or politically exposed persons defined under AMLA.
2. Your account
- One account per person, household and IP address.
- All information provided at registration must be true and current.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.
- We may suspend any account showing signs of multi-accounting, identity fraud, or money laundering pending verification.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
- Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum withdrawal per day: ₱500,000 (higher on VIP tier — see VIP terms).
- All withdrawals require successful KYC verification.
- Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, where regulation requires it.
- Standard GCash withdrawals: 1–10 minutes after approval. We do not charge fees; e-wallet operators may.
4. Bonuses & wagering
- All promotional offers carry a wagering requirement disclosed on the offer page.

- Bonus abuse (low-risk wagering, opposing-bet strategies, bonus-only play) voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Maximum bet while wagering bonus funds: ₱100 per spin / hand.
5. Fair play
All games use audited RNGs certified by BMM Testlabs and GLI. Game outcomes are final. Disputed bets are reviewed against the server log, which is authoritative.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, AI agents or scripts to play on your behalf.
- Collusion at live tables.
- Chargebacks or reversal of e-wallet payments without first contacting support.
- Sharing accounts, credentials or bonus codes.
Violations result in account closure and forfeiture of pending balances pending investigation.
7. Responsible gaming
Gambling is entertainment, not income. You can set deposit, loss and session limits at any time, or self-exclude for 6 months / permanently. See our Responsible Gaming page and contact Bantay Bata 163 for support.
8. Inactive accounts
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are flagged inactive. Balances under ₱100 may be charged a ₱30/month administration fee until the account is reactivated or closed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JILIPHLI's total liability for any claim is limited to the balance in your wallet at the time the claim arose. We are not liable for losses caused by your ISP, e-wallet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Disputes
Email disputes@jiliphli66.com first — we aim to resolve within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Mechanism. Venue and governing law: Republic of the Philippines.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
